Ethics

Nabors conducts its business in accordance with the highest business, ethical, and legal standards. At the cornerstone of our governance framework is our Code of Business Conduct, which sets forth the high ethical expectations of our directors, officers, and employees.

These individuals are required to certify compliance with the Code of Business Conduct, and with the broad framework of policies and procedures that support it, on an annual basis. Moreover, they are expected to conform to the principles of honesty and integrity embodied in the Code in everything they do.

We want to sustain a culture where ethical conduct is recognized, valued, and exemplified by all employees, officers, and directors. Employees and directors should identify and raise potential issues before they lead to problems and should ask about application of the Code whenever in doubt.  Any employee or director who becomes aware of any existing or potential violation of the Code should promptly notify an appropriate person in management.  The Company will take such action as it deems appropriate to address any existing or potential violations of the Code.

All stakeholders should understand the many options available for raising ethical concerns. Contact a Nabors manager or, if you prefer, a representative of the HR or Law Departments, or an internal or independent auditor.  Alternatively, you may provide information in confidence by calling the Nabors Hotline, established specifically for reporting ethical concerns, at 1-877-NABORS7.  Employees may also visit EthicsPoint online to file an anonymous report in confidence. Information may be provided written or oral, and it can remain anonymous.

Nabors strictly prohibits any employee from retaliating or taking adverse action against anyone for raising or helping to resolve a policy concern.
